Make Me A Man Documentary

Make Me A Man

A few years back I took part in a film that aimed to show men in a very different way. It’s insightful, thoughtful and vulnerable. I didn’t realise at the time of its importance, and also its importance in my life. It’s a book mark. It’s cast my personality in celluloid as you’d have known me in January 2019.

It’s called ‘Make Me A Man’ and it was lovingly directed and crafted by @jerrydmhyde and @mai_hua.

Amazingly through sheer hard work, word of mouth and guts, the film is garnering rave reviews, momentum and publicity in France. Both Jerry & Mai have seen the film played to packed cinema screenings, been interviewed on radio and tv, it’s been reviewed in French newspapers, been reviewed in Elle magazine and had write ups by the great and the good.

I’m not surprised at all but I am slightly taken aback. The day I recorded my part I didn’t envisage any of this, I couldn’t see much further forward than the next week.

I’d love to be able to help publicize the film here in the UK, but I’m unsure how that works. There’s a Press Release, there’s a copy of the film to view online at makemeaman.com and of course there’s myself, Jerry and Mai who can answer questions.

If you could help spread the word, or are interested to know more, please get in touch. I’d love to chat X
