Civic Trust Awards 2024

The King’s Gate at Caernarfon Castle has been awarded the prestigious 2024 Civic Trust Award.

The ceremony took place under the supersonic wingspan of Concorde in Manchester airport, where black ties and shiny shoes replaced the usual high viz vests and metal toe caps. It was a glorious evening and we were immensely proud of the work that the whole team of sculptors, artists, illustrators, film makers, tapestry makers and print production had done to make the project the success it‘s proved to be. We topped the evening off with a seat in Concorde and a tour of the plane.

All in all, the King’s Gate at Caernarfon Castle received
